We appreciate your business. The processing time for each order varies. Depend on what you order with us, any stock item will take about 1 business day to process. For custom items, please estimate about 2~3 business days for the order to be made and package.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have a change of heart, we would like to take care of this for you with the following conditions.  

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Buyer will need to pay for the return shipping if the return reason is not due to seller's fault.  It must also be in the original packaging.  Please reach out to us at info@longdogimpressions.com for further detail.  However, ANY CUSTOM ORDER IS NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE UNLESS IT WAS MADE INCORRECTLY.

We use either USPS, FedEx, UPS service for your package depend on the size of the order. The package will take approximate 1~5 business days within the states to arrive once the shipment is out of the warehouse.

Please double check your order before placing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, changes may or may not be possible depending on the type of order you purchase from us. However, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but no guarantee.

Your package is always provided with the utmost care and dedication to ensure the package will arrive to you the same way as we complete the finished products.

However, unpredictable things may happen during transit. In order for us to take care for you asap, carrier will always require us to provide evident for damage parts and the package. Please help us keep the package for at least 7 days in order for us to submit the claim accordingly.

Please reassure that we will also process a replacement for you once the pictures and evident are provided and we will ship it out for you as soon as possible.

Due to certain product sizes of our products, we do not recommend using PO Box Address as carriers like FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO Box Address.

As soon as the order is received, we typically will process it for you as soon as possible to ensure the earliest delivery for your order. However, we understand sometimes things might change. We will be able to cancel the order for you within 2 hours of timeframe upon receipt of the order. Please feel free to send us your order information and cancellation request via email within 2 hours window.

For any returnable products, once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
